This option includes a 3-day buyer protection window, allowing you to inspect the item and, if necessary, return it for a refund (excluding delivery, a 3% website fee, and a 2.5% credit card charge).

If you need assistance with a purchase, simply email us a support ticket at info@africandeals.org, and we’ll respond within 24 hours with guidance on the next steps. If you purchased the item directly from a seller, we encourage you to first reach out to them by phone or email to resolve the issue.
